What Happens After You Submit Your Purchase?
-After you have paid for your plaque. I am notified through my website.
- Within a week I will Text or E-mail a computer mock up for your approval.
-With your computer mock-up I will send you a liability notice. You are responsible for looking over the mock up for any errors.
-Only after your approval will we start production on your plaque.
-Tracking Notifications:
- Our website will automatically e-mail you a tracking number ONLY if you selected you accepted email and SMS notifications.
Turnaround Times:
-Turn-Around Times are listed on each product. They vary from 1 week to 4 weeks. This is determined by the style of plaque.
-Computer Mock-up’s are provided within a week after purchase.
Returns/ Exchanges:
Returns & Exchanges are NOT Accepted.
-But please contact me if there are any issues with your order and we will discuss options for your order.
Cancelations:
-Cancelations are only accepted only if I have not started on your order.
-If I have started on your order cancelations are not accepted.

Shipping Issues:
-We have run into shipping carriers losing packages. If this happens, we will open up an investigation with the carrier. If it is found that they are liable I will replace your order after they have sent me the notification that they are going to rectify their mistake.
Product Disclosure:
*Due to the handmade nature of our products, orders may vary slightly from what is pictured.
* Each plaque I make is CUSTOM and no two plaques are the same since I use mixed media for each plaque (i.e. wood, acrylic, paint, fabric, leather, etc.)
*Product comes ready to hang
